For membership information, please email us at info@etasigmazeta.org. Zeta Male Network The network consists of men in the lives of women of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. Youth Auxiliaries Pearlettes          Ages 4-8 Amicettes          Ages 9-13 Archonettes       Ages 14-18 The purpose of the youth programs is to help youth grow culturally, socially and educationally. Projects will vary according to their interests and the needs of the community. A project may be of service to the community and develop their skills at the same time. The youth program activities which provide opportunities: 1.  To encourage the individual to accept responsibility. 2.  Develop new interests. 3.  Work toward creating happiness for others. 4.  Develop an awareness of the need to share responsibilities and to understand one another in order to achieve a common goal. 5.  Develop their unique personality.
